Winner Roundup - Weekly Giveaway #43
Hi friends, I hope you enjoyed the weekend! Mine ended up being pretty quiet, but I certainly enjoyed all that sunshine. I even had my first barbecued sausage of 2010, which I enjoyed while people-watching and basking in the sun. So nice. I also spent some quality time with a new (old)
knitting book, a stack of graph paper and my coloured pencils...
...yes, there's another sweater in the works. I'm excited! And now, the part you've all been waiting for: the winners of last week's March Break Madness giveaways. Click through to find out if you're one of the lucky ones.
As usual, I employed our friend the
Random Integer Generator for help in choosing the winners. This is a huge post, so I'm electing not to show pictures of the winning numbers this time around, because they'll just take up too much room. I don't want you to strain your scrolling arm!
Day One: First up, we have
Origami Spectacular! It's hard not to get excited about something with an exclamation point in its title.
And the lucky winner is #35, Burcu, who shares a warm-sounding spring break memory.
Day Two: On to the next prizes, one copy of "
Let's Make More," by Mister Maker, and one of
"Made by Me" by Jane Bull.
And the winner is #16, Deb, who had a good story to tell about her first crafting memory:
Day Three: A copy of "
D.I.Y. Kids" by Ellen and Julia Lupton.
Congratulations to #11, Anu, who has her kids' March break all planned out.
Day Four: Another great craft book from Jane Bull, this one called "
Make It!"
This prize goes to lucky #7, Barb, who knows exactly how she'd spend her March Break.
And finally, (drumroll please):
Day Five: The three prizes from day five are: copy of
Super Simple Sewing, a copy of
Build & Launch Foam Rockets, and a copy of
How to Draw Funny.
Super Simple Sewing goes to #12, Rose, who learned something really neat from books. I'll let her explain...
Build & Launch Foam Rockets goes to #29, Barbm. (Good luck, Barb!) Barb is definitely getting the most out of her library card.
And finally....
How to Draw Funny goes to #15, Nadine, who taught herself to crochet from a book. (I'm impressed!)
Thanks to everyone who entered, and congratulations to our winners. If you're a winner, I'll be in touch soon. If you'd like to try your luck again, tune in later today for Giveaway #44!
