Hi friends, The full moon seems to be telling me that fall is finally here, and with that, I’m happy to declare that Knitting Season is officially open! I have something on the needles all year long, but knitting really feels “right” to me in the autumn and winter. I’m about to cast off my Tea Leaves Cardigan (now with short sleeves! ahem) and here are a few things that are catching my eye these days… This cutie-patootie baby elephant. Gwendolyn, by Fiona Ellis, from the latest Twist Collective. Partly because the model has my same haircut, but still…that counts for something, doesn’t it? Glenna’s Lamplight Shawl would be a perfect accessory to wear to a winter wedding. This handsome twisted cowl from Purl Bee. What are you thinking about casting on?
