Phew, it is HOT here! But after all that complaining I did about the rainy May we had, I have to admit that I'm loving it. Heat and humidity? Bring it!
The first really hot week of the summer is always the week where I switch from knitting to sewing. It happens every year, and I don't think this year will be any different. This stack of fabric has been growing over the past few weeks, faster than my plans for it have accrued – but when I saw the round-up from Free Pattern Month over at Grosgrain, I realized that my "problem" might have been solved. There are so many great ideas over there!
Of course, I might not actually sew tonight. With the humidex hovering in the high thirties, tonight might call for something a little more along the lines of a patio and a nice cold beverage...
