Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by feasting on fish and chips, drinking a pint of beer and baking some boozy cupcakes for your friends and colleagues. You could celebrate with a mixed shot of Irish cream liqueur and whiskey dropped into a pint of stout – or try this sweeter version, which is a little more portable and acceptable to bring into the office to share with family and friends. Decorate with melted chocolate coating wafers or decorating gel.
