You're likely more familiar with the red version of this fruit, but 'tis the season and white pomegranates are making their way into our grocery stores. I love pomegranate for its tangy crunch, and beautiful jewel-toned colour. In fact, I'm willing to bet that a pomegranate is the world's most beautiful fruit. The white pomegranate has the same texture, but it's much sweeter and the seeds within are a lovely pink colour. It goes without saying, that it's just as easy to seed as the red ones, so if you like your fruit tart or sweet, there's something for you!
