Better breakfast: Crunchy Gluten-Free Granola

I have already admitted that eating breakfast regularly is not my strength. Mornings are rushed, I rarely feel hungry, I’d rather just drink coffee. However, I do realize the importance of a good breakfast – so I’m trying. A batch of this crunchy homemade granola is definitely going to help me stay on track with better breakfasts this year.

Crunchy Gluten-Free Granola

Gluten-free oats will be labelled as such, you can find them in health food stores, bulk food stores and the health food aisles of many grocery stores. If gluten is not an issue for you, use regular rolled oats (just not instant).
