Tahini - Your new favourite ingredient

I am on a mission to make tahini your newest favourite ingredient. Tahini is paste made from toasted sesame seeds, and is typically used in North African and Middle Eastern Cuisine. It has a creamy, nutty and toasted note that gives extra depth of flavour to dressings and dips. It is also commonly used on it's own, just drizzled on finished dishes. For a sweet morning treat, spread tahini on toast and top with honey or jam. We love tahini in the Test Kitchen and have used it in many recipes. One of my favourites is Hearty Greens with Creamy Tahini Dressing.
