Next time you prepare your perfect sandwich and want to make it portable, try this trick for wrapping it up. I learned this method when I was a teenager, doing my obligatory time as a Canadian at the nation’s most famous coffee and doughnut quick service restaurant. After wrapping thousands of bagels toasted with cream cheese, I got pretty good at it, only taking a few seconds to get the hungry, double-double loving customers their food. Step 1: Use piece of waxed or parchment paper suited to the size of your sandwich. Bring edges together above the sandwich. Step 2: Fold over 1-inch (2.5 cm) and continue folding over and down until you reach the sandwich. Step 3: Fold over edges of both ends into triangles. Step 4: Tuck edges under sandwich. DONE!
