We had a very rainy earth day in Nova Scotia. However the weekend is now nice and sunny, so I collected some garbage on my walk with the dog.

I went out today, with my daughter, and walked up and down our neighbourhood's streets picking up garbage. When we got to the park, we continued picking up garbage there too. It is amazing what we came across! The most disgusting things of all were: cigarette butts....and worse yet....used condoms! Ew, Ew, Ew.

I wish i had known of this place where I can
brag about 'all my children, I would have
nominated my son Peter years ago for buying
the Brita for me; three years ago. I haven't had tap water (directly from the tap) in almost
three years; {time for a visit (chuckle).
