jentam says:
"I worked out so much in 1999. I had gone through an upsetting break-up and decided to join the YMCA. My ex had always discouraged me from doing so, saying I wasn’t the type to work out. But I joined and discovered I loved exercising! I worked out for one to two hours every day and felt so great. A couple years later I had a baby and it’s been hard to get back into the working out routine. But it was great when I was so into exercising."
