38010803Congratulations! You've completed CanadianLiving.com's Bikini Boot Camp program! It's been six weeks of tough workouts, great food, terrific health tips and unbeatable camaraderie.

    The recipes! I usually just eat whatever is convenient and don't put much thought into it. The variety of healthy food that I could make not only for me but my daughter and husband was wonderful! I am still using the recipes. Bikini Boot Camp is going to continue for me :o) Thank you!!

    I really liked the weekly video workouts. I like getting my heart rate going while doing basic strength training. And by week four I was feeling much stronger AND it was getting easier. It made me feel so good which I realized is even more important than HOW I look.

    I loved the boot camp. I would love to get
    a hard copy of it so I can pop it into my
    VCR or DVD player and watch it while I work
    out. (Are there any plans of publishing it?)
    I plan to make this a yearly spring ritual.
    The exercises were great. They pushed me
    past my comfort zone and really made me tone
