When you work in the same building as Nestle, and they invite you up for an ice cream tasting, this happens:
I blacked out. And when I came to both these containers of rich, creamy Haagen Dazs were empty.
That ain't one container of ice cream. That's two containers of ice cream! How did it happen?!
It wasn't a very good addition to my sweet-free weeks that I've been working so hard at. Last week it was chocolate. The other week it was a cupcake. The week before that a cookie. I'm trying I swear. And I'm better as time goes on. But yesterday sure was a bump in the road. However, on a side note, both these flavours are bomb diggity. I especially LOVED the chocolate peanut butter. If they invited me up there again today, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to resist.
Oh, and before you judge me too harshly, the above were snack-size ice cream. Not those large ones your dad eats directly out of while watching TV on the couch. I swear.
But, I ate two of them.
