Drip, Drip, Drip

The winner of the first book giveaway was Karen of Edmonton, Alberta. Congratulations Karen! I sent the book off today. Please let us know what you think of it and if you make any of the recipes out of the book. I still have two more books to giveaway. Click here to find out how you can enter the contest. I will draw a name for the second winner tomorrow.

I'm writing to complain today - I'm just in one of those moods. There are two taps in the washroom here at work that require a wee bit of effort to shut off. If you don't give the taps a good push, they drip, drip, drip all day long! It seems that every time I go in there, the taps are dripping. I'm forever shutting them off. Do people not notice that they leave them on after they wash their hands?

A quick Google session tells me that a leaky tap can waste up to 90 litres of water a week! Now if that isn't a good enough reason to turn the tap fully off, I don't know what is.
