At long last, I can shout it from the rooftops: J.Crew will be making its Canadian debut this August at Yorkdale Mall in Toronto.

The store will boast 5,000 square feet of the brand's beloved goods, including shoes, jewelry, their wildly popular Perfect Shirts and more. A few pieces from their higher-end Collection label will also be available in store. In a press release that circulated this morning, President and Executive Creative Director Jenna Lyons stated. “We’re so excited to be opening our first J.Crew store in Canada. We’re in the process of finalizing the look and feel of
the store to be sure it’s the absolute perfect backdrop for our carefully edited collections.”
This move marks the first international store location.
Finally, no more duty when shipping cross border (a bullet I bite nearly ever month for the sake of shopping my favourite store)—I can just head to Yorkdale.
