Are you as excited as I am for Target's venture into our home and native land? In just over a year (starting in spring of 2013) one of my favourite American stores will swing open its doors in Canada.
This logo warms my heart.
While 2013 sounds like a while away, I think it'll be here before you know it. Like when everyone felt like the 2010 Vancouver Olympics were light-years away and suddenly they came – and went.
In May 2011, Target announced the acquisition of 105 leases of current Zellers locations across the country.
Archer Farms Hazelnut Coffee – a must try.
The first cycle will start in March 2013, with four subsequent cycles in the same year. The Minneapolis-based brand plans to open 125 to 135 stores in Canada. Which means lots of Archer Farms for me! And speaking of food, last week Target announced that Sobeys Inc. will partner with the retail giant as their food supplier.
