Once again H&M has collaborated with one of fashion’s most elite designers. This time around it’s the deconstruction experts Maison Martin Margiela. The avant-garde label is known for it’s unconventional designs, and this collab certainly delivered with an edgy collection for the masses.
The collection launched last Thursday and I was on the ground floor (at the Eaton Centre) taking part in the retail chaos. I ended up snagging two amazing pieces: a pair of stellar lucite wedge heels and the tuxedo shirt pictured below, which actually came from the men’s collection.
The shirt really has that perfect ratio of androgyny and whimsy. I see so much potential in this unique tux button-down that I wanted to break it down into three different outfits for three different occasions
