Screen shot 2014-03-20 at 11.01.55 PM Erin Cassidy is currently a journalism student at Centennial College and an editorial intern for Canadian Living. He's a subtitle movie enthusiast, a well rounded traveler, avid book reader, classified foodie and music addict.   Although it might be frostier than any March we can remember the calendar claims spring is officially here—and the newest merchandise hitting stores backs up that theory. What thrills me most about spring styles is the arrival of vivid colours, though truthfully my wardrobe welcomes bright hues 365 days a year. Over the last few seasons men’s fashion has seen a influx of vibrancy, and this spring is no exception. Upgrade your end of winter wardrobe with these three super affordable—and colourful—buys.
SKinny
For a sleek Parisian look, why not go with these crimson coloured slim chinos? The brilliant shade combined with the fitted slim cut will look effortlessly polished for the office when paired with a buttery yellow button down or on weekends with a relaxed denim shirt.

Chambray shirt

Admittedly, this Forever 21 shirt isn't super saturated, but trust me when I tell you a chambray shirt will stand up to any bold hit of colour. I'm fond of the classic cut with the addition of this polka dot print. Roll up the sleeves for a casual look or keep the shirt crisp for a fancier affair.  Toms shoes
TOMS are certainly not a new item on the fashion scene, but definitely a favourite of mine.  The brand makes comfortable styles using latex arch support and a one piece outsole for flexibility and durability, with simple lines that work with nearly every outfit.
