Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries , halved1 1cup cupcranberries, halved
- 1/4 cup Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular 1/4 1/4cup cupSplenda® No calorie Sweetener, Granular
- 2 oranges , peeled and thinly sliced2 2orangeoranges, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 red onion , thinly sliced1 1red onionred onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cups shredded cabbage 4 4cups cupsshredded cabbage
- 1 large apple , peeled, cored and chopped1 1large appleapples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1/4 1/4cup cupfat-free mayonnaise
Preparation
In a small bowl, toss together the cranberries and SPLENDA® Granulated. Cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, toss together the oranges, onion, cabbage, apple and mayonnaise until evenly coated. When ready to serve add cranberry mixture and toss again.
