Ingredients
- 2 lb 2lbground beef
- 1 1large oniononions, diced
- 1 1green pepper, diced
- 2 15 oz cans 215 oz canskidney beankidney beans, drained
- 1 46 oz can 146 oz cantomato juice
- 1 28 oz can 128 oz canpeeled and diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 1/2 cup 1/2cupcanned pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp 1tbsppumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp 1tbspchili powder
- 1/4 tbsp 1/4tbspSplenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
Preparation
In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain.
Stir in onion and bell pepper and cook 5 minutes. Stir in beans, tomato juice, diced tomatoes and pumpkin puree. Season with pumpkin pie spice, chili powder and SPLENDA® Granulated. Simmer 1 hour.
