Ingredients
- 2 cups water 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup long grain rice 1 cup long grain rice
- 3 cups 2% reduced fat milk 3 cups 2% reduced fat milk
- 1/2 cup Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular 1/2 cup Splenda® No calorie Sweetener, Granular
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup raisins
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Add milk, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, cinnamon, and raisins. Cook, uncovered, over low heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the milk is absorbed (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
