What you need:
black fleece or felt for hat and cape, 7/8 yd. of 60" wide (0.80m of 150cm wide)
small scrap of white fleece or felt
lace
red button
hot glue gun and glue sticks
HAT
Hotglue front to back at sides to fit around head, with loose ends extending. Cut out skull and crossbones from white fleece or felt and hotglue to the hat.
CAPE
Cut a large circle from black fleece. Cut out a neck opening. Cut lower edge as shown. Decorate front with pleated lace and red button, all hotglued.
