Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 1/2cuplight mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp 2tbspchopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp 2tbspthinly sliced green oniongreen onions
- 1-1/2 tsp 1-1/2tspSplenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
- 1 tsp 1tspcurry paste or curry powder
- 1 tsp 1tsplemon juice
- 1 1avocadoavocados
- 1 1Granny Smith appleGranny Smith apples
- 4 4romaine leafromaine leaves or lettuce leaves
- 12 oz 12ozthinly sliced smoked turkey
- 4 4large flour tortillaflour tortillas
Preparation
Whisk together mayonnaise, coriander, onion, SPLENDA® Granulated, curry paste and lemon juice; set aside.
Halve, pit and peel avocado; dice. Peel and finely dice apple. Fold into mayonnaise mixture.
Divide lettuce, turkey and avocado mixture among tortillas. Tightly roll up; cut in half diagonally.
