> FOOD TIP: February 2 - 6, 2009:

Reduce your stress with this Canadian dinner recipe:

Use Kellogg's Cinnamon Pecan Special K as a fast way to make very Canadian pork chops or chicken. Just pour some cereal into a plastic bag and tie the end loosely; vent your frustration by pounding the bag with your favourite coffee cup; dip the chops/chicken in real maple syrup, put into crushed cereal bag and shake. Put the coated chops/chicken in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.  Everyone will think you've spent hours doing this and you will feel stress free at the end!
