Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular 1/4 cup Splenda® No calorie Sweetener, Granular
  • 2 tbsp five-spice powder 2 tbsp five-spice powder
  • 2 cups pecan halves 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 cups walnut halves 2 cups walnut halves
  • 2 cups unsalted cashews 2 cups unsalted cashews
  • 1 tsp salt 1 tsp salt

Preparation

In large bowl, whisk egg whites with SPLENDA® Granulated until foamy; whisk in five-spice powder. Add pecans, walnuts and cashews; toss to coat. Spread on greased baking sheet; sprinkle with salt.

Roast in 350ºF (180ºC) oven, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes or until browned, fragrant and dry. Let cool on pan on rack.
