Thatched Gingerbread House template

On waxed paper, label and cut out patterns from template. Between waxed paper, roll out 1 disc at a time to 1/4-inch (5 mm) thickness. With knife, trace and cut out patterns. Reroll and cup scraps into door, window, stones, fence rails, fence posts and path, if desired.

Freeze on waxed paper-lined baking sheets until hard, about 20 minutes. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets; bake in 350ºF (180ºC) oven until firm to touch, 18-22 minutes. Let cook on racks.
