Ingredients

    1 small baguette, cut into 18 slices
    8 oz (250 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 18 slices
    8 oz (150 g) thinly sliced prosciutto
    18 small bell pepper chunks
    Olive oil
    Salt and pepper
    Rosemary
    4 oz (125 g) Canadian Brie cheese, sliced

Preparation

Roll up prosciutto slices around pork slices. Thread 3 pork slices alternately with bread slices and pepper chunks on 6 skewers.

Brush kebabs with olive oil and season to taste with salt, pepper and rosemary. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Just 3 minutes before kebabs are done, top with slices of Canadian Brie cheese, close lid and continue cooking.

Serve immediately on shredded lettuce, as appetizers.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
