Sunny-Side Up Omelet

Ingredients

8 eggs
1/4 cup (50 mL) milk
Italian seasonings
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
3/4 cup (175 mL) choice of grated Canadian Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Gently break 4 remaining eggs, one at a time, over omelet, without breaking the yolks. Sprinkle omelet, but not egg yolks, with Canadian Cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired firmness.
Cut omelet in 4, with one egg yolk per portion. Serve with fries and homemade green ketchup.
Makes 4 servings.
