Ingredients
4 4cups cupswater
1 1cup cupSplenda® No calorie Sweetener, Granular
1 1cup cupfreshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 1/2tbsp tbsplemon zest
2 2tbsp tbspfinely chopped fresh basil
Preparation:
Heat water in a saucepan, add SPLENDA® Granulated. Once sugar has melted, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add lemon juice, zest and basil to cooled water.
Pour mixture, preferably in a stainless steel container, and place in freezer.
After 30 min, mixture will start to form crystals. Stir with fork and repeat operation until liquid has completely crystallized.
