Any of these garlicky mayonnaise mixtures dresses up hamburgers, steak, fish, chicken or a favourite sandwich. Or use them as dips for crunchy vegetables.

Garlic Aioli

  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupmayonnaise
  • 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp 1tsplemon juice
  • pinch pinchsalt

In bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and salt.

Additional information :

Mustard Aioli (1): Add 2 tbsp (25 mL) grainy mustard.

Pesto Aioli (2): Add 2 tbsp (25 mL) prepared pesto.

Roasted Red Pepper Aioli (3): In food processor or blender, add 1/2 cup (125 mL) roasted red pepper to Garlic Aioli; pur?until smooth.

Horseradish Aioli (4): Add 2 tsp (10 mL) horseradish.
