1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
Pinch salt
Preparation:
In bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and salt.

Mustard Aioli (1): Add 2 tbsp (25 mL) grainy mustard.Pesto Aioli (2): Add 2 tbsp (25 mL) prepared pesto.
Roasted Red Pepper Aioli (3): In food processor or blender, add 1/2 cup (125 mL) roasted red pepper to Garlic Aioli; pur?until smooth.
Horseradish Aioli (4): Add 2 tsp (10 mL) horseradish.
