This Italian-inspired mayonnaise adds a little something special to grilled chicken or fish. On another night, use it as a dipping sauce for asparagus spears.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1/4 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomato
  • 1/4 cup grated Pecorino-Romano cheese
  • 1 garlic finely grated or pressed

Method

In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, Pecorino-Romano and garlic. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)

Makes 3/4 cup.
