This French-style herbed mayonnaise is delicious served as a dip for fresh veggies or oven fries, or spread onto BLT sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 2 teaspoons capers drained, rinsed and chopped

Method

In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chives, tarragon, mustard and capers. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)

Makes about 3/4 cup.
