Piquant Parsley Sauce

This zingy sauce pairs perfectly with roasts, chops and especially with our delicious Pan-Seared Steaks


  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • pinch each of salt and pepper


Whisk together parsley, 2 tbsp water, oil, red onion, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; serve with your favourite cut of meat or our delicious Pan-Seared Steak.
