- 8 oz lean ground beef (optional)
- 8 tortillas
- 3/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
MethodIf using beef, cook in skillet until no longer pink; drain and set aside.
Place 4 small tortillas on baking sheet; sprinkle each evenly with cheese and green onion. Divide beef (if using) over top. Top with remaining tortillas.
Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven, turning once, until browned and cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Cut each into 4 wedges.
