Mayonnaise, chives, mustard and pepper combine to create a zesty dipping sauce for lobster.

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
- pinch cayenne pepper
Stir together 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives, 1 tsp grainy mustard and pinch cayenne pepper.
Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Use as a dipping sauce with Boiled Fresh Lobsters. Makes about 1/3 cup.
