Use your child's favourite kind of apple for this salad, which also works well between two slices of bread. Include another container of carrots and cucumber and a dip to plunge them into. Add some cheese in another container and some crackers in a plastic bag. Your child will enjoy changing flavours with each bite.
Ingredients
- 2 large unpeeled apples , cored and cut_into chunks2 2large unpeeled appleapples, cored and cut_into chunks

- 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 1/2cup cupplain yogurt
- 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 1/4cup cupraisinraisins
- 1 tbsp honey 1 1tbsp tbsphoney
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper 1/4 1/4tsp tspeach salt and pepper
Preparation
In bowl, stir together apples, pineapple, celery, ham, yogurt, raisins, honey, salt and pepper.
