Apple Coleslaw
No fish-and-chips platter is complete without a tasty bowl of slaw. Use red-skinned apples for the best appearance.

1/4 cup (50 mL) plain or vanilla-flavoured Balkan-style yogurt
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
1/4 tsp (1 mL) poppy seeds (optional)
2 apples, cored and julienned
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh mint
Preparation:
In bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and poppy seeds (if using); stir in apples and mint.
