Apple Cran-Curry Salsa
This recipe makes 4 cups servings
- Portion size: 2 to 4 cups (500 mL to 1 L)
Apple Cran-Curry Salsa is eminently suitable for (what else?) thickly cut grilled turkey cutlets.
- 1/4 cup 1/4cuplemon juice
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspgrated gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspcurry paste
- 1 large 1largeappleapples, diced
- 1 1celery stalkcelery stalks, diced
- 1/3 cup 1/3cupchopped dried cranberrydried cranberries or currants
- 2 tbsp 2tbspchopped fresh chives or green onions, (minced)
In large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, gingerroot and curry paste.
Stir in apple, celery, cranberries and chives. Let stand for 20 minutes.
