This light and fruity drink is just perfect for brunch.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes Ice cubes
- 2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice 2 2oz ozfreshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 oz apricot nectar 1/2 1/2oz ozapricot nectar
- 1/2 oz brandy 1/2 1/2oz ozbrandy
- 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 1dash dashAngostura bitters
- 4 oz chilled champagne 4 4oz ozchilled champagne
Preparation
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add orange juice, apricot nectar, brandy and bitters; shake to blend and chill. Strain into champagne glass. Top with Champagne.
