Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain Balkan-style yogurt 1/4 1/4cup cupplain Balkan-style yogurt or vanilla flavoured balkan style yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice 1 1tsp tsplemon juice
- 1/4 tsp poppy seeds , optional1/4 1/4tsp tsppoppy seeds, optional
- 2 apples , cored and julienned2 2appleapples, cored and julienned

Preparation
In bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and poppy seeds (if using); stir in apples and mint.
