April Fool's Day recipe: Apple Coleslaw

No fish-and-chips platter is complete without a tasty bowl of slaw. Use red-skinned apples for the best appearance.
- 1/4 cup 1/4cupplain Balkan-style yogurt or vanilla flavoured balkan style yogurt
- 1 tsp 1tsplemon juice
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppoppy seeds, optional
- 2 2appleapples, cored and julienned
- 1 tbsp 1tbspchopped fresh mint
In bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and poppy seeds (if using); stir in apples and mint.
