Darkly glazed and sprinkled with onions, these chops are deliciously succulent. Serve with steamed baby bok choy or broccoli alongside noodles or rice.

Ingredients

Preparation

In shallow dish, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and pepper.

Slash edges of pork chops to prevent curling. Add to marinade, turning to coat; let stand for 30 minutes. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for up to 24 hours.)

Reserving marinade, place chops on foil-lined broiler pan or greased grill; spoon marinade over top. Broil, turning once, until juices run clear when pork is pierced and just a hint of pink remains inside, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions.
