Baked Salsa Ham Roll-Ups
Children can get bored with ordinary sandwiches so switch things up a bit with tortillas, either white, whole wheat, spinach or tomato. You can replace the ham with your child's favourite lunch meat.

Suggested Recipes

1/2 cup (125 mL) light_cream_cheese, softened
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup (125 mL) salsa
12 slices (6 oz/175 g) shaved black forest ham
Preparation:
In small bowl, combine cheese, onions, salt and pepper; spread evenly over tortillas. Spread with salsa; top each with 3 slices ham and roll up tightly.
Bake on rimmed baking sheet in 400°F (200°C) oven until ends are golden, about 10 minutes. Cut each diagonally into halves; serve warm.
