Baked Tortilla Chips
This recipe makes 60 pieces servings
Ingredients
- 5 small flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
Brush tortillas with vegetable oil; cut each into 12 wedges. Bake on rimmed baking sheet in 375°F (190°C) oven until crisp and golden, about 10 minutes. (Make-ahead: Store in airtight container for up to 24 hours.)
