In a recent recipe contest held by the Thames Valley Children's Nutrition Network, this recipe from Payton Landsborough from Colbourne Street School in Strathroy was a winner.

- 10 small flour tortillas
- 10 slices honey ham
- 10 slices mozzarella cheese
- 10 apples peeled, cored and thinly sliced
On each tortilla, place 1 ham slice, 1 cheese slice and several apple slices. Sprinkle each with dash of cinnamon.
Roll up carefully; place, folded side down, on microwaveable plate. Microwave each roll-up for 30 seconds. Cut each into 3 pieces.
