These treats are a no-bake dessert with a crunch. You can use your favourite nut instead of the peanuts.

Grease or line 13- x 9-inch (3.5 L) metal cake pan with parchment paper; set aside.

In large saucepan, bring honey, peanut butter and sugar to boil over medium heat, stirring until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Add cereal, dates and peanuts; stir just until coated. Scrape into prepared pan; press firmly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let cool. (Make-ahead: Wrap and store in cool dry place for up to 3 days.) Cut into bars.
