In plastic bag, crush cookies just enough to leave a few large pieces and make 1 cup (250 mL) crumbs; set aside.
In bowl, mix together raspberries and banana; set aside. Stir grated orange rind into yogurt.
Dividing evenly, spoon half of the cookie crumbs into 4 parfait or wine glasses. Top with half of the yogurt mixture then half of the fruit. Repeat layers once.
