Maple-Glazed Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 slices (1/2 inch/1 cm thick) pineapples

Method

In small bowl, stir brown sugar with maple syrup. Place pineapple on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Spoon maple mixture over top. Broil until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
