This ice pop uses natural peanut butter and real fruit for a healthy and deliciously icy spin on the sandwich.

  • Total time 3 hours & 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 2/3 cups 2% evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chunky natural peanut butter

Method

In blender or food processor, purée raspberries with honey until smooth. Strain through sieve into bowl, pressing on solids.

In separate bowl, gradually whisk milk into peanut butter, 1 tbsp at a time, until smooth.

Spoon berry and peanut butter mixtures alternately into moulds. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. (Make-ahead: Freeze for up to 3 days.)
