Strawberries Romanoff Crêpes

Royally rich, these pretty little luxuries are simple to prepare. Make the Crêpes ahead so you have them on hand for special brunches or desserts.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons thawed orange liqueur
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 12 crepes recipe
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar

Method

In bowl, stir together strawberries, orange juice concentrate and sugar; let stand for 10 minutes.

In separate bowl, whip cream. Spoon strawberry mixture down centre of each cr?; top with whipped cream. Roll up and sprinkle with icing sugar.
