White Chocolate Fondue

Serve this sweet and elegant sauce with a selection of fresh fruit (whole strawberries, pineapple chunks, melon balls, grapes), pound cake cubes or marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz white chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons brandy (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons rum (optional)

Method

In small heavy saucepan with flameproof handle, mix chocolate with cream. Place on grill over low heat; warm, stirring constantly, until chocolate is barely melted. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in brandy (if using).
