Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries , thawed1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

In small saucepan, bring blueberries and maple syrup to boil; reduce heat and simmer until berries break up, about 5 minutes.

Stir in lemon juice; push through fine sieve or cheesecloth-lined sieve. Serve warm or refrigerate for up to 1 month.
